Parent With Confidence and Compassion & Raise

Children Who Thrive

You are not alone in your parenting struggles

Parenting can be difficult and messy at times.

We can find ourselves reacting to our children’s behaviors in a way we swore we never would.

We can read every parenting book and have lots of information, yet struggle to use what we’ve learned, especially in the difficult moments.

The result can be power struggles and frequent conflicts that leave us feeling frustrated and disconnected from our child or teen.

It doesn’t have to be this way. And, there is hope.

It is never too late to do our own work and to begin building stronger relationships with our children. You can have the relationship you’ve always wanted.

Connection

Create a strong connection with your child or teen which will be the foundation for their resilience and growth

Trust

Build a relationship with your child or teen that is based on trust, which leads to open communication and cooperation

Peace

Experience peace within yourself and in relationships with your children

It’s Never Too Late
There Is Always Hope

No matter what your relationship with your child or teenager looks like right now, there is hope.

At times, we can feel at a loss, not sure what to do to improve our relationship with our children. We know what we want- a great relationship- but aren’t sure how to get there. We want to do a good job and raise children who thrive, but how do we do that? Each age and stage brings with it new challenges, which can be confusing and difficult to navigate. And, many of our children have unique challenges as well, leaving us feeling uncertain about how to best support and care for them, especially when they are struggling.

”Working with Christine has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself and my family! I have gained so much valuable information and practical real-life strategies that I use daily. Her caring and judgment free approach is vital to the treatment process. I am beyond grateful.”

Hello, I’m Christine Bosley

I became a parent coach because I was committed to having the best possible relationship with my kids and want to help other parents do the same.

I strongly agree with the idea that our children are our best teachers and that parenting is an opportunity for us to grow. This has been true for me. Parenting has pushed me to grow as a person more than I ever realized I could. I have done this work myself, and my relationships with my children, ages 16 and 19, have never been stronger.

If you are ready to do this work, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. Together we will untangle your parenting struggles so that you can move forward with more confidence, more self compassion, and the skills you need to handle any parenting scenario. We will do this by developing a plan tailored to your unique needs.

Our work together will focus on generational patterns, effective communication, and building a self-compassion practice. We’ll discuss how attachment, nervous system and brain science can not only inform your parenting, but help you understand what has been holding you back from parenting the way that you have always wanted to.

I am an LCSW and have experience working with children and families in clinical, home and educational settings. I have worked in both public and non-public schools as well as in private practice. I am also a Jai Institute Certified Parenting Coach.

It’s All About Connection

Building a strong connection with your child or teen creates a solid foundation for them. When this foundation is in place your child will be more resilient and can grow to their full potential.

When we learn to parent in a way that prioritizes the parent-child relationship above all else, we can feel the change fairly quickly. And, we don’t have to do this perfectly.

When you contact me, you will be met with understanding, support, and non-judgement. Together, we will create a personalized, effective plan, which I will guide you through every step of the way. Our work together will also focus on building your own self compassion practice, something that will be extremely helpful to you in the most difficult moments of parenting.

How To Get Started:

When you schedule a call with me, I will send you an email with a link for us to meet on Zoom. We will talk so I can get a sense of what’s going on for you and your family and where I can offer support.

I’ll explain my approach and the options we have for working together. You can ask any questions you have and see what type of support would be the best fit for your life and schedule.

If it feels right to you, we can book our first session and get started. If it’s not a good fit, I will do my best to offer alternative resources or suggestions for support, wherever possible. There’s no pressure of any kind, simply an opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together.
